1. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on the delivery location and the size of your rental order.

Charges will be clearly communicated during the booking process and included in your invoice.
2. Delivery Timeframe

We will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery time that aligns with your event timeline.

Please note that delivery times are subject to availability and may be affected by traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Location

Provide an accurate delivery address along with specific instructions or accessibility details at the time of booking.

Clear access must be available for our delivery team to safely unload items.
4. Delivery Confirmation & Inspection

Upon delivery, our team will confirm the rental items and quantities with you.

We require you to inspect all items, count them with our driver, and sign the delivery invoice as proof of accurate delivery.

Quantity disputes cannot be accepted after the event.

If no one is present at the delivery site, items will be left at a predetermined location. In such cases, you agree to accept the delivery as complete and acknowledge all items are in working condition unless immediate notification is provided.
5. Liability & Risk

The client assumes responsibility for any damage or injury occurring during the installation or placement of rental items.

This includes potential damage to flooring, patios, driveways, walkways, landscaping, or underground utilities.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and suitable installation areas.
6. Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made only to areas readily accessible to our trucks or trailers.

Additional charges may apply for:

Long carries

Stair deliveries

Difficult access locations

Repeated delivery or pickup attempts

Please ensure accessibility and inform us of any obstacles ahead of time.
7. Cancellation or Rescheduling

Delivery: Notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in fees.

Pickup: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees or loss of reserved rental items.
