Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand our guidelines regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Returns

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective rental items, please notify us immediately upon delivery or as soon as the issue is discovered. We will promptly work with you to resolve the problem, which may include providing a replacement for the damaged or defective items.

Refunds

• Reserved & Paid Items: Once rental items are reserved and payment is completed, no refund will be issued. In special circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation.

• Unused Items: Refunds will not be issued for unused rental items.

• Damaged or Altered Items: All rental items must be returned in their original condition, free from damage or alterations. Additional charges may apply for items returned damaged, and no refund will be provided for such cases.

• Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are non-refundable once items have been delivered according to the agreed schedule.

Cancellation Policy

• Event Cancellations: If you cancel your event after reserving and paying for items, no refunds will be issued. However, we may review cancellations on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation. Please notify us as early as possible.

Changes to Orders

• Modifications & Rescheduling: If you need to modify your order or reschedule your rental period, please contact us at least 2 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to item availability. Additional fees may apply if the changes increase the total rental cost.

Important Points

• All rental items must be returned without damage or alterations. Normal wear and tear is acceptable.

• Approved refunds (if any) will only be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

• This Return & Refund Policy applies only to rentals made directly through All About Events by Dalvir.
